Chiles Rellenos (in Photos)
A fresh jalapeño
cut with the shape of an "I"
with all its seeds removed
and boiled until it turns a light green
stuffed with delicious filling
with the chile "doors" closed
rolled in flour
fried in batter and served on a tortilla
